Everyone loves the idea of having friends and family over for outdoor dining and entertainment. After all, the idea of backyard barbecuing is built into the very fabric of American culture. That's why it has taken over 40 years of experience into crafting the high-performance, safe, and attention-grabbing grills we produce today.
PGS grills are used for both commercial and residential locations all over North America. Our grills are built to withstand repeated use and harsh weather conditions. Due to their exceptional design, PGS grills have a reputation of greatness and because of this we offer long-term service support for all of our products.
Currently, we have three different makes available: the Legacy, the A-Series, and the T-Series grills. Amidst these, we have 18 models with a variety of different accessories and attachments that are offered for both commercial and residential demands. About Commercial Grilling...
AEI Corporation was there in the spring of 1958 when the gas grill was invented and we have been a part of the industry ever since! With all that experience it is our goal today to bring to the market the best collection of gas grills uniquely designed for commercial use. Defining commercial grilling is not an easy task. We feel producing commercial grills means engineering a product that is specifically made to endure the rigors of multiple families sharing the same grill, but also keeping the design simple enough so that it works day in and day out. Commercial grills need to withstand repeated use for months at a time, especially during the summer time. This is why we have crafted our grills with a variety of options suitable for any commercial setting.
PGS grills come in either stainless steel or rugged cast aluminum and have a variety of shapes and sizes that go along with various mounting options.
What if the grills are left on all night?
Over the years we have spoken with countless property managers concerning the state of their commercial grills. Too often property managers received complaints about their grills being left on all day and night. Not only is this damaging to the grill, but it's a waste of precious energy. We solved this problem with the creation of our T-Series grills. Commercial grills built with timers already included.
Our one-hour gas-flow timers automatically shut off the gas supply after no more than one hour. We continue to strive to produce "green" products and we know our T-Series grills are a step in the right direction.
Do we really need a grill with a built-in timer?
For commercial grilling, yes. Our grill timers come standard with our T-Series products and offer extra protection for property managers. These timers are perfect tools for busy parents who find themselves grilling by the pool, but also with the responsibility of watching the kids. The T-Series makes safe grilling easy.
How does it work?
The automatic grill timer attaches to your gas flow. If you start grilling and find yourself getting distracted by guests, kids, or even your favorite team, your automatic grill timer will shut off the gas automatically after one hour of non-use.
This automatic feature makes sure your food doesn't overcook and saves the gas for when it is really needed. As mentioned above, we are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve our grills. The T-series has been created to not only prevent your food from turning into a burnt fire starter but also to assist property managers who are looking for better grilling options for their residents.

Strength
The T-Series has a wide range of BTU options, starting from 30,000 BTUs going as high as 67,000 BTUs. This means that they have a high heat generation capacity and can cook anything you throw at it. These grills have been specifically made to be suitable for whatever your grilling needs may be. From summer to spring, the over 40,000 BTU range from lowest to highest is perfect for every season.
Cooking surface
The T-Series offers a broader range of cooking surface than our popular A-Series grills. Spanning from 330 square inches to 720 square inches with the S36T. For reference, a 330-square-inch cooking surface holds up to 12 regular burger patties at once. This size differential makes the T-Series an especially great option for outdoor commercial needs.
Ignition
Gas grills come with two main types of electronic ignition systems. The first is a self-contained continuous spark electronic ignition, which is essentially a sure-start ignition which allows your grill to turn out without any issues. The second is a battery-powered electronic ignition, which employs transformers to increase the spark capacity. Our T-Series grills provide both, with the S27T and the S36T offering the battery model.
Gas flow timer
As mentioned at length above, our gas flow timer is a new feature to our T-Series grills. This is a high-quality timer that ensures that the grill’s gas supply automatically shuts off after one hour. This ensures the grill's longevity and your food's integrity!
Anti-Theft Knob/Heat Indicator
The Legacy S27T and the Legacy S36T include anti-theft knobs to further protect your grill. They also include a side-mounted heat indicator for improved cooking accuracy when grilling.
Warranty
All of our PGS grills come with a one-year parts replacement warranty for the ignition and galvanized steel elements. Also, our cooking grids, warming racks, housings, and supports come with an industry leading lifetime warranty.
Regardless of what grill you are interested in, all PGS grills are made in the USA, come with structural warranties, and ADA compliant.
Innovation, Safety, & Better Grilling
Both our A-Series and T-Series grills include at least one stainless steel side shelf; along with multiple mounting options. Our mounting options are as follows: flat patio base, aluminum pedestal, stainless steel pedestal, or a permanent post for natural gas.
