Our employees are the lifeblood of AEI Corporation. We are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and inspired to reach their full potential. We have been fortunate beyond words to have a team of hardworking individuals who support each other and are driven to make AEI Corporation a great place to work. They have made it so great, in fact, that our average employee tenure is almost 10 years, with some staying with the company for over 40 years! From the newest team member to the most seasoned veteran, we are full of gratitude for each AEI employee and the outstanding work they accomplish every day.
Our commitment to our employees and partners led us to take a closer look at what truly defines AEI. In 2019, we came together to establish our core values, ensuring they reflected our mission and culture. We held multiple collaborative meetings with the goal of verbalizing our culture and values. The big question, “Who is AEI, and what do we stand for?” was something we wrestled with for months. The product of our collective minds produced a list of values that are applicable to our relationship with our employees, customers, partners, and vendors.
