Grilled Fruit Cube Kabobs

Making kabobs on the grill will never be labor-intensive. This particular recipe relies on all the fruit options being cubed uniformly. That way, they tend to be equally exposed to the controlled heat of a high-quality backyard BBQ grill.

Gather These Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of Pineapple
  • 1 Cup of Cantaloupe
  • 1 Cup Strawberries (remove stems)
  • 1 Cup of Mango
  • Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons of Pure Maple Syrup
  • Chobani Vanilla Yogurt
  • Bamboo Skewers

Soak skewers in warm water for 20 minutes. Set the PGS Grill at medium heat. Thread the fruit cubes in sets of two. Douse with coconut oil and maple syrup. Grill for approximately 10 minutes while regularly turning the cubes to ensure each side gets charred without burning. Once they are soft and juicy inside, serve warm with vanilla yogurt, and enjoy.

Grilled Fruit Platter For Dipping

Having a medley of vitamin C-rich foods straight off the grill can be the perfect way to spend an evening on the deck. This recipe can be laid out a platter with your dips of choice in the center. Just remember, no double-dipping!

Gather These Ingredients

  • 3 Cantaloupes
  • 6 Strawberries
  • 1 Papaya
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Lemon
  • Coconut Oil

Slice the fruits into chunks about 1-inch thick, except for the lemon. Set your LP gas grill to medium heat. Douse the fruit slices with coconut oil and place them on the outdoor barbecue. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning consistently, and place on a plate appropriate for food right off the grill. Squeeze lemon juice directly onto the grilled fruits. Place dipping bowls that include pure honey, vanilla yogurt, melted chocolate, and perhaps dole out a side of ice cream to make this a dessert.
